What is the estimated delivery time for an order?

Our shipping policy ensures that orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days. Delivery times vary, with most orders arriving at your address within 2-10 working days from the date of order placement. You can track your order by clicking on the “Track Order” link. Please note that unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. For further assistance, contact our customer support team.

Are plant returns accepted? No

At Potsia, we prioritize the well-being of our plants, which is why we do not accept returns on them. The two-way transit stress involved in returning plants can cause them to perish. However, we take utmost care to ensure that every plant you receive is in excellent condition upon arrival.

Please note that due to transit stress, the plant may appear slightly dull initially. However, with proper care, including exposure to sunlight and regular watering, the plant will recover and regain its natural healthy state.

If a wrong or damaged product is delivered, then it has to be informed to us with images within 7 days after delivery.

We will initiate a refund or send the replacement product accordingly.

Is it possible to return non-plant products? Yes.

In the event that a non-plant product arrives damaged, we understand your concern. We make every effort to carefully select high-quality products that will contribute to the support and enhancement of your plant life. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange policy for unused or unopened products within 21 days of purchase. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the process.

 What options are available if you are not happy with the product?  You can initiate a self-return.

If you are unhappy with the product you received, you can follow these steps to return it to us:

– Please initiate the return within 7 days from the delivery date.

– Once we receive the returned product, we will send you a replacement or initiate a refund to your source account.

– Kindly note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred for returning the products.

* Some partners may offer you the option to pay with a credit/debit card upon delivery/pickup.  Refunds for such payments will be via NEFT transfer to your bank account or can be refunded in the form of Coupon.

Important:
  1. If you return an item which costs Rs 10,000 or less, we will refund the amount in the form of a coupon code.
  2. We may request for information/documents to verify your credentials before initiating the refund.
  3. If the payment mode has expired or is no longer valid, we will refund you one of the modes mentioned above.
Terms & conditions
  1. We will carry out a quality check to validate the complaint before processing any request for refund/replacement. Returns/replacements will be accepted for only those items which are found to be faulty/ defective.
  2. Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, accessories such as belts, locks, straps, etc. should be intact. The courier will not accept your item in absence of these.
  3. Some items are bound by the brand’s specific policies regarding repair, exchange and returns. These policies will be binding on the customer.
  4. Replacements will depend on the availability of the item.
  5. Refund or replacement will be initiated after the pick-up of the product.
  6. Gift Vouchers are not returnable or refundable for cash.
  7. Items sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.

  • In case the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund your amount or provide a coupon of the same amount which can be redeemed for any purchase on our portal.
